the canal view was really basic, absolutely not breathtaking. Plus, I expected complimentary breakfast, not bags of packaged coffee. After all, I’m not just any guest, right? Unbelievably, no one bothered to upgrade my room after bringing these issues up. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Room was very clean.

The staff was unhelpful when I requested a kettle and cups. I had to improvise using a stool to find a power source. There were no breakfast options at all, so I had to venture out each morning for a meal. the beds were quite hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
